System requirements

In order to use this website properly you require a modern web browser that is typically no more than a couple years old that meets the following criteria:

For desktop or laptop computers:

  • Internet Explorer 9+, Google Chrome 38+, Mozilla Firefox 33+, Safari 5+
  • For Android devices version 4 or greater using the latest Google Chrome 38+ web browser.
  • For desktop or laptop computers Built in PDF viewing that comes standard with a modern desktop web browsers, or alternative a third party PDF plugin such as Adobe Reader.
  • Video support which most modern web browser support.
  • Javascript Enabled.

For Android tablet and mobile devices:

  • Android version 4 or greater using the latest Google Chrome web browser.
  • To view PDF documents you will require Adobe Reader or other capable PDF reader application.
  • Video support through the Google Chrome web browser.
  • Javascript Enabled.

PDF Troubleshooting Steps

For desktop or laptop computers:

  • You require either a web browser with built in PDF support (most do), or a third party PDF plugin such as Adobe Reader.
  • Third Party Plugin: Download the latest version of Adobe PDF Reader, install it and then restart your all web browser windows and see if you can view the sample PDF. Alternatively you can try FoxPDFReader or SumatraPDF
  • Many modern browsers have a built-in simplied PDF viewer. These include Google Chrome 6+, Mozilla Firefox 19+ and Safari.
